Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account info: email, name, and authentication identifiers.
• Resume inputs: branch, MOS/AFSC/Rate, rank, years of service, certifications, target role, and any resume text you upload.
• Generated content: resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn summaries, and interview questions we produce for you.
• Payment metadata: subscription status and plan tier. Card details are handled by Stripe — we never see or store them.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and anonymized error diagnostics.

How we use it

• To generate the resume, cover letter, LinkedIn, and interview content you request.
• To let you return to and edit prior generations in your dashboard.
• To operate billing, entitlements, and customer support.
• To improve product performance and fix bugs.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your personal information or resume content.
• We do not share your resume with employers, recruiters, or third-party advertisers.
• We do not use your private resume content to train third-party AI models.

Subprocessors

We rely on a small set of vendors to operate the service:

• Cloud hosting and database (managed platform provider)
• Stripe for payment processing
• AI model providers for generation (content is transmitted for inference; providers are contractually barred from training on your data)
• Email delivery for account and transactional emails

Your controls

• Delete an individual generation from the dashboard at any time.
• Cancel your subscription from the account page — takes effect at period end.
• Request full account and data deletion by emailing us via the contact page. We honor requests within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to production data is limited to a small number of engineers and audited.
